Scheduling & Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the pool and equipment on scheduled service days. If access is restricted, service may be skipped or rescheduled.

Payments

Payment terms, billing frequency, and accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of service enrollment. Late balances may result in service interruption.

Text Messaging Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Pennant Pools related to your service. These may include visitation reminders, service/delivery updates, billing notices, account information, and customer support.
